All content is original work created by the Dataset owner and validated by a licensed psychotherapist.

Pricing and Payment

Standard License: $25,000 USD — non-exclusive commercial use.

Exclusive License: Negotiated individually, includes exclusivity terms.

All sales are final. No refunds will be issued after delivery of the Dataset.

Delivery

Upon confirmed payment, the Dataset will be delivered electronically within 2 business days to the email address provided at purchase.

Intellectual Property

The Dataset, its schema, methodology, annotations, and all associated materials are the exclusive intellectual property of the owner. Purchase of a license does not constitute transfer of ownership.

Restrictions

You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Dataset in whole or in part. You may not share the Dataset with entities not covered under your license. You may not publicly disclose the full contents of the Dataset. You may not use the Dataset to train models that generate therapeutic advice for end users without appropriate clinical oversight. You may not misrepresent the Dataset as your own original work.

Liability

The Dataset is provided for AI training and evaluation purposes. It is not a substitute for professional mental health services. The owner makes no warranty that models trained on the Dataset will produce clinically safe outputs in all contexts. Buyers are solely responsible for how trained models are deployed.
